This policy explains how information submitted through this website is collected and used on behalf of Christopher Buttacavoli, NPN 17862166.

Information we collect

The contact-request form may collect your name, optional phone number, email address, location, age range, general coverage interests, preferred contact time, and consent choice. When an estimate experience is available, the website or the configured quote provider may also collect state, ZIP code, birth date or age, sex used for the rate table, nicotine or tobacco use, a broad health estimate, height, weight, coverage amount, product interest, and term length. The site also receives page and campaign source information, browser information, and network address. Do not submit diagnoses, medication details, Social Security numbers, payment details, or financial account information through this website.

How information is used

Information is used to request and display non-binding life-insurance estimates, preserve the product and estimate context associated with your request, review whether agent follow-up is available in your state, provide application help when requested and available, respond to your request, prevent abuse, document consent, evaluate campaign quality, and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Website measurement

This site stores a random anonymous session identifier for the current browser session and records limited interactions such as page views, form starts, completed steps, coverage-path selections, estimate requests, vendor loads, estimate previews, estimate unlocks, optional call requests, and successful contact requests. These measurement records may include campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, referring page, page path, and broad device category. PostHog provides session replay on the life-estimate page so we can see where visitors encounter broken controls, confusing steps, or other friction. Replay begins when an eligible visitor loads that page. Input values are masked, quote results and contact sections are masked, and replay is configured not to record network request bodies or headers. PostHog receives a separate anonymous session record without advertising click IDs or URL query strings. We do not use replay to identify a visitor.

First-party measurement records do not include the selected state, birth date, sex, nicotine or tobacco answer, health estimate, premium, or carrier. A Meta Pixel measures page views and successful contact requests from advertising. We do not intentionally send Meta your name, email address, phone number, estimate answers, estimate results, or values entered into individual form fields.

Who receives information

If you arrive through an approved referral link, Protects Life may tell that partner your first name, last initial, submission date, confirmation state, reward status, and reward amount. The partner does not receive your email, phone number, location, insurance answers, estimate or quote information, agent notes, application information, or sales outcome. Protects Life may pay the partner a fixed $25 reward for a confirmed, legitimate, unique request. The reward does not depend on contact, qualification, an application, purchase, policy, premium, or commission.

The estimate experience accepts every U.S. state and the District of Columbia so you can enter or correct your actual location. That does not establish that Chris or another agent is available in your state. Every request in this pilot is sent to Chris for review and is not sent to an unrelated insurance agent. That review does not authorize insurance advice, solicitation, or application activity in a state; applicable producer authority, appointments, and product availability are checked separately.

Service providers acting on Chris's behalf may operate the website, store the request, produce estimates, and help him respond. A configured quote provider, such as Ninja Quoter or Compulife, may receive estimate inputs, campaign context, and the visitor network address needed to provide its service. Some Help Me Choose product paths show a price preview before contact information is requested. Other product paths use Ninja Quoter's contact-first form and send the name, email address, phone number, estimate inputs, and request directly to Ninja Quoter before displaying results. Ninja Quoter routes those requests to Chris. If you choose to apply for insurance, an appropriately authorized agent may help complete and submit the insurer's application, and information may be provided to the selected insurer and its service providers.

On the phone-verified estimate path, Telnyx receives the mobile number and one-time-code message needed to deliver the verification text. Protects Life stores the verification record and the consent shown at confirmation, then records the verified mobile number with the request. Email is optional on this path and is stored only when provided with estimate-copy permission.

Retention and security

Information, including any saved estimate context and options shown, is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, document consent, measure the service, and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations. A quote provider may apply its own retention period to information submitted directly through its service. Signed Protects Life estimate sessions used to unlock details expire after 30 minutes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

PostHog retains session replay and associated anonymous product events according to the retention configured for the Protects Life PostHog project. Protects Life keeps only the replay link, anonymous funnel stage, attribution category, device category, and review finding needed for campaign and product debugging.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, or ask that further contact stop by emailing privacy@protects.life. You may also use the website contact form and tell Chris when he follows up that the request concerns your privacy choices. Some records may be retained where required for legal, compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the website, campaign, or service providers change. The revision date above will be updated when material changes are made.
